2. Last week we published our "LIST startup sectors" - 25 categories (aka sectors) that we will use to group/categorize the startup companies in our angel investor portfolio for our ... 
3. *NEW PROJECT - "Hunting Unicorns"* - The GOAL here is to *discover* the next uber, *before* it becomes *the next uber.* Think of this as a learning exersize for aspiring angel investors, I am creating a portfolio of startup companies (you can too) and then we compete for fun or profit(cash prize) ... ps It's free to join and comes with lots of perks...
4. Yesterday Andreesen Horowitz, a noted Silicon Valley VC firm published an article called 16 Things.
5. The article identified 16 areas in which they see lots of activity(trends) in the tech startup/VC world in the near future.
6. Out of their 16 "Things"(aka our "sectors") , it looks like all but (2) were in our list of "startup sectors"
7. I would say that we did pretty good! (of course only time will tell)

how we determined our sectors

1. ] We summarized a number VC predictions for 2015 articles by several different Venture Capitalists(VCs) as we work towards creating our big list of predictions for 2015
2. ] Today we look at identifying those startup company market sectors that we will use to organize both the VC predictions and the startup companies that operate in them.
3. I've include an example listing of companies by sector - these are some of the companies that the VCs have been talking about ...
4. Stay tuned for the list of all the VC predictions that we have compiled, organized by these very same market sectors and let's see what it reveals to us ...
