] on the main menu, use the view/systems option to display all the "servers", select the "enviro-mint.ca" server

] click the "edit app" link for the app record (aka service category) that you want to change the title of,
] edit the title text to what you would like it to be
] save changes
*] REMINDER titles should have no spaces and wont allow some special characters like (/, \, ? )

] on the View "apps" page, use the add "app" icon(+) on the toolbar at the top of the page to create a new app (service category) page
] fill out the required "service category" details including "title" and "description"
] save "app"

] click the "delete app" link for the "service category" record which you want to delete,
*] NOTE if you want to keep a copy of the record, BUT just do not want to display it on the public web site, you can MOVE the "service category" record to another app where it will not display
