- yes, we have all the pictures/video ready to go
- yes, we have examples of other sites we want it to look like
- yes, we can buy a premium template

looking for a Site similar to http://barb.rewdev.com/ ....(only on the home page to have video fast loading like http://ruhm.com/ & http://reddooratlanta.com/

there are several functions:

1. Listings (3 types): All listings, Featured listings and map based listings.
2. Contact form: few contact forms
3. Mortgage calculator
4. Search engine (with built in filters- type of real estate, price,...). MLS/IDX listings.

Also to have it load as fast as possible the website needs to be set up and optimized properly on the server. Load fast like http://ruhm.com/ & http://reddooratlanta.com/

- yes, you must be local (we can meet somewhere public, and I'm happy to pay an hourly rate or fixed rate
