Here is a recent example of some of my work with a design similar to the red door atlanta site you mentioned ...
NOTE that this is a DEMO so the video will load SLOW, BUT it could certainly be optimized to load just as quickly as the red door one does.
The home page has the full screen off canvas menu, that slides out when you click the "menu" button in the top right corner.
Price for a home page just like this one with your company's branding and menu is $198.00, good until 2015-09-19. ( that doesn't include the video content/production. )
