Our website www.malonetuning.com runs Drupal. We receive a few hundred e-mails a day and we sell software through e-mail. The software is loaded into automobiles for increased fuel economy and more power. We find e-mail too disorganized when servicing to customers, especially repeat customers. The following are the things we want to develop:
1. A custom PHP ticketing system to organize software services to customers. Must embed automated credit card and PayPal processing. It must show each customers' balance (many of them purchase multiple software for years). Each ticket page must detail the automobile we're working with (the user will be responsible in filling out a form when opening a ticket). Maybe we can modify the ZENDESK ticketing system to suit.
2. Implement an online shopping cart system using fluid and responsive layout. Maybe use www.shopify.com for embedding in our site.
3. General Drupal maintenance and web updates.
4. Set up an online file server for collecting payment and uploading thousands different software (typically 512kb to 4MB size) to users.
We are a small (3 people) and young team and we are seeking applicants who are also young, energetic, and fast learners. Must understand PHP, JavaScript, MySQL and not just copy pasta everything. Don't be afraid if you might be inexperienced. If you're focused and a good learner, we'd be happy to give you a shot. Approx. 3 month contract with a possibility of a permanent position that comers with benefits and vacation opportunities.
