- DIET - DECISION should blind weigh ins(BWI) - continue?

- -- given my DIET concerns and that I am now thinking/worrying about my FEELing of lack of progress

- RESULTS v ACTUAL = on target OR not??, +, -

- thinking that IF i am on/near target - the blind weigh ins should/will continue,

- where target =  down approx 14# total from start, ( including DIET detour )

-- start diet was 263.5, after 30 days ( 263.5  -11.5 + 10* vacation -2.5* post vacation = -4.0* )

-- after 60 days, should be -10* ( -2.5 * 4), total = -14.0

- thinkng IF NOT - ___ || i can "soldier on" for another 30 days "as is" and check back again || go back to weekly monitoring || give up on DIET completely,

- ?? am I making DECISION based on weight loss  result #'s ?? , isnt this the opposite of what my whole FEELS strategy is about??

- PRB is that weight loss #'s measures/indicates "quantifiable progress", towards your stated goal # of ( > 50 < 6 )

 - DIET - DECISION should reward system - continue?

IF RESULTS =on/near target THEN yes, ELSE off target - suspend until || suspend

- ? suspend ? - it is kind of early to give up on something, that you just started this period - duh

- PROS BWI - causes you to focus on your DIET intake, focus on your FEELS

- CONS - unsure if you are 'on track' for weight loss # goals

- MAYBE - the "PRB" heres is the ambitious "goal" ( > 50, < 6 ), i would love to acheive

- DECIDE - longer period for desired weight loss ( = better eating ), shorter period ( = more restrictive diet )

 - BOTTOM LINE / AFTER all / in 60 days

-- / FACT you lost weight , /FACT you lost inches, / FACT you improved your skin condition, / FACT you look better , / FACT you feel better, / FACT you ate very good / FACT you are on a better path,

?= -10#, -15#, -20# does it make that much/any difference? see FACT 1, see FACT 2, see FACT 3, see FACT 4, ...

-- made some dietary sacrifices ( << bread, < potatos, < fries, < CHIPS, < ICE CREAM ) 

-- BUT all in all I wasnt running around like a starving lunatic 24x7 drooling over any food morsels

CONCLUSION / SUMMARY

I started to have some CONCERNS with this system after a few weeks as I FELT heavy and wasn't sure/confident that/if I was still making  progress or not.

After some analysis, i selected a weigh in date and DECIDED that if I was on/near(+-10%) my target "ambitious goal" on that date, I would continue with the BLIND WEIGH IN STRATEGY and if NOT on or near the target goal then I would go back to weekly checkins.
