    1. ] We are renaming some existing files for more consistency. Somewhere we have a comprehensive naming conventions document that we shall adhere to religiously. 
    2. ] Going forward all pages that replace an exisiting original page will have a -2 extension appended to the filename. Example index-2 will replace index. The -2 extension will signify that the page has been rewritten from an original version page for responsive ness via bootstrap framework.
    3. ] we uploaded and tested the pages that we have at this point. 
    4. ] we migrated user to this version and tested successfully.
