1. ] We re-wrote and uploaded the view/{L5} pages which include the view/article, view/item, view/step, view/person, view/task and view/location pages.
2. ] We also rewrote any associate PAGE components, scripts, ... as necessary 
3. ] This is the first pass through these pages, (they will need another pass or two). 
4. ] We replaced the original jquery ui toolbar component (non responsive) with a responsive bootstrap toolbar(responsive).

6. ] We replaced the original jquery tabs interface with the boostrap tabs interface
