Hi

I am inquiring about the 1 BR suite that you have advertised in <Sidney>. 

My name is Don and I am a professional software developer and I have just accepted a job offer from a company based out of the Victoria International Airport.

I am looking to get into a place as soon as possible but will consider June availability dates. 

About myself, I am mature (54), quiet, responsible, male who is non smoking, non partying, individual.

I will be living in the suite by myself. I don't have any pets.

I am moving primarily for the work opportunity and will likely be spending the majority of my days at the office and the majority of my weekends back on the mainland. 

I have lived in my current apartment complex for 8+ years with zero issues and can provide a reference from the buildings management to attest to that. 

Let me know if there are any questions you may have. 

I will be in Sidney this Wednesday (10th) and I am wondering if it would be possible to view the suite at that time 

If possible an early afternoon (130-330) or early evening (5-7) timeframe would work great for me.
