<li>Today's&nbsp;10 predictions are from the research firm IDC and their predictions team.</li>
<li>These predictions are NOT focused on the startup industry per se but moreso on the IT&amp;Telecom industry as a whole.</li>
<li>What I found&nbsp;most interesting about their predictions&nbsp;was their #1&nbsp;prediction that of the forecast 3.8% growth in the total spending of 3.8 Trillion dollars worldwide ...</li>
<li>All of the new spending ($144,400 M) would be on NEW technologies ...</li>
