<div>DON: do you think the NRA sponsorship is an "issue" or NOT for NASCAR?, doesnt seem to be much made of it in the media since the initial announcement</div>
<div>NEWTON: I'll just say the timing isn't great. And I believe NASCAR would prefer it not be the race sponsor.</div>
<div>DON: Anyone concerned about tire problems, weve already seen issues at a couple of tracks with melted beads and Martinsville likely having the highest brake temps of any track, could it be a big issue?</div>
<div>NEWTON: And that's a good thing. I love tire wear and tire issues. It creates more strategy, brings out more cautions and brings a sense of unknown that makes the racing better.</div>
