<h3>[WHAT]</h3>
<p>This feature enables&nbsp;you to move an article&nbsp;record from 1&nbsp;chapter container (location)&nbsp;to another&nbsp;chapter container</p>
<h3>[WHY]</h3>
<p>After an&nbsp;article is created and located within a particular Chapter,&nbsp;you may decide to&nbsp;MOVE it or place it within another&nbsp;Chapter container.</p>
<h3>[WHERE]</h3>
<p>The Move&nbsp;Article feature can be found on the&nbsp;Edit Article&nbsp;page in the Subjects application.&nbsp;You can access the feature by clicking the&nbsp;link named "Move Article" which is located beside the&nbsp;Chapter Name&nbsp;textbox on the editArticle Page.</p>
<h3>[WHEN]</h3>
<p>After an Article&nbsp;has been created and you wish to change the location of the Article.</p>
<h3>[EXAMPLE]</h3>
<p>Lets assume that you have created an "Article record" in your&nbsp;Chapter container named "Chapter-1" Now lets also assume that you have another&nbsp;Chapters container&nbsp;named "Chapter-2" and that you would like your completed&nbsp;article record to appear in the&nbsp;Chapter-2 container instead of the Chapter-1 container. At this point you could use the Move_Article feature to relocate the record.</p>
<p>Anytime that&nbsp;you have&nbsp;a completed Article record that exists within 1 Chapter container and that&nbsp;you would like to MOVE&nbsp;said article to another chapter container, simply use the steps in one of the following methods.</p>
<h3>[HOW-TO]</h3>

<li><strong>METHOD 1 -&nbsp;MOVE ARTICLE RECORD TO&nbsp;A DIFFERENT&nbsp;CHAPTER CONTAINER</strong></li>

<li><strong>] Navigate to the&nbsp;edit record page</strong> - for the record that you wish to change the location of ...</li>

<li><strong>EXAMPLE=&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="http://my.sospep.com/editArticle/1234">http://my.sospep.com/editArticle/1234</a>, </strong></li>
<li><strong>WHERE "my" - </strong>is the name of your sospep</li>
<li><strong>WHERE "1234" </strong>is the article ID# of the Article that you wish to move</li>

<li><strong>] Change the parent_id feild of the record</strong> to the chapter_id #&nbsp;of the&nbsp;chapter that you would like the article to appear in.</li>
<li><strong>] Click the "Update" button</strong></li>

<li><strong>METHOD 2 -&nbsp;MOVE ARTICLE RECORD TO&nbsp;A DIFFERENT CHAPTER CONTAINER</strong></li>

<li><strong>] Navigate to the update record&nbsp;page -</strong>&nbsp;for the record that you wish to change the location of</li>

<li><strong>WHERE "my" - </strong>is the name of your sospep</li>
<li><strong>WHERE "1234" -&nbsp;</strong>is the article ID# of the Article that you wish to move</li>

<li><strong>] Use the select boxes</strong> in&nbsp;the&nbsp;Select&nbsp;Chapter dialog box to&nbsp;choose the location of the&nbsp;Chapter that you&nbsp;would like to move the&nbsp;article to.&nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>] Click the "Move" button</strong></li>
<li><strong>] Click the Update button.</strong></li>
