<h3>[WHAT]</h3>
<p>This feature enables&nbsp;you to move an&nbsp;"item" record from 1&nbsp;itemCategory container (location)&nbsp;to another&nbsp;itemCategory container</p>
<h3>[WHY]</h3>
<p>After an item is created and located within&nbsp;itemCategory&nbsp;you may decide to&nbsp;MOVE&nbsp;that item&nbsp;or place it within another(different)&nbsp;itemCategory container.</p>
<h3>[WHERE]</h3>
<p>The Move&nbsp;Item feature can be found on the&nbsp;Edit Item&nbsp;page in the&nbsp;sospep.objects application.&nbsp;You can access the feature by clicking the&nbsp;link named "Move item" which is located beside the&nbsp;ItemCategory Name&nbsp;textbox on the editItem Page.</p>
<h3>[WHEN]</h3>
<p>After an&nbsp;Item has been created and located within and ItemCategory container and you&nbsp;decide to change the location of the Item to a different ItemCategory container.</p>
<h3>[EXAMPLE]</h3>
<p><strong>] Lets assume</strong> that you have created an "item record" in your&nbsp;ItemCategory container named "Buy-Today".&nbsp; <strong>] Now lets also assume</strong> that you have another taskgroup&nbsp;named "Bought-Today" and that you would like all of your "completed"&nbsp;item records to appear in the&nbsp;ItemCategory container "Bought-Today".</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: line-through;">] Once you have completed&nbsp;any task record that exists in the "Daily-Plans" container&nbsp;and you&nbsp;would like to MOVE&nbsp;the completed task RECORD&nbsp;out of the "Daily Plans" container and into the "Daily Documents" container, ...&nbsp;</span></p>
<p>Anytime that&nbsp;you have&nbsp;an Item&nbsp;record that exists within 1&nbsp;ItemCategory container and that&nbsp;you would like to MOVE&nbsp;said&nbsp;Item to another&nbsp;ItemCategory container, simply use the steps in one of the following methods.</p>
<h3>[HOW-TO]</h3>

<li><strong>METHOD 1 -&nbsp;MOVE&nbsp;ITEM RECORD TO&nbsp;A DIFFERENT&nbsp;ITEMCATEGORY CONTAINER</strong></li>

<li><strong>] Navigate to the&nbsp;edit record page</strong> - for the record that you wish to change the location of ...</li>

<li><strong>WHERE "my" - </strong>is the name of your sospep</li>
<li><strong>WHERE "1234" </strong>is the&nbsp;task_ID# of the&nbsp;"item" that you wish to move</li>

<li><strong>] Change the parent_id feild of the record</strong> to the itemCategory_Id#&nbsp;of the&nbsp;itemCategory that you would like the&nbsp;"item" to appear in.</li>
<li><strong>] Click the "Update" button</strong></li>

<li><strong>METHOD 2 -&nbsp;MOVE&nbsp;ITEM RECORD TO&nbsp;A DIFFERENT&nbsp;ITEMCATEGORY&nbsp;CONTAINER</strong></li>

<li><strong>] Navigate to the update record&nbsp;page -</strong>&nbsp;for the record that you wish to change the location of ...</li>

<li><strong>WHERE "my" - </strong>is the name of your sospep</li>
<li><strong>WHERE "1234" -&nbsp;</strong>is the "task_ID#" of the&nbsp;"task" that you wish to move</li>

<li><strong>] Use the select boxes</strong> in&nbsp;the&nbsp;Select&nbsp;ItemCategory dialog box to&nbsp;choose the location of the&nbsp;ItemCategory that you&nbsp;would like to move the&nbsp;Item to.&nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>] Click the "Move" button</strong></li>
<li><strong>] Click the Update button.</strong></li>
