<h3>[WHAT]</h3>
<p>This feature enables&nbsp;you to move a&nbsp;"Person" record from 1&nbsp;"MemberGroup" container to another&nbsp;"MemberGroup" container.</p>
<h3>&nbsp;[WHY]</h3>
<p>After a&nbsp;"Person" record&nbsp;is created and located within a "MemberGroup" container,&nbsp;you may decide to "move" that "Person"&nbsp;record&nbsp;or place it within another(different)&nbsp;MemberGroup container.</p>
<h3>[WHERE]</h3>
<p>The Move&nbsp;Person feature can be found on the&nbsp;<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Edit&nbsp;Person</span>&nbsp;page in the&nbsp;sospep.people application.&nbsp;You can access this feature by clicking the&nbsp;link named "Move Person" which is located beside the&nbsp;"Member Name"&nbsp;textbox on the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">Edit&nbsp;Person</span>&nbsp;Page.</p>
<h3>[WHEN]</h3>
<p>After a&nbsp;"Person" record has been created and is located&nbsp;within a&nbsp;"MemberGroup" and you decide that you would like to change the location of that&nbsp;"Person" record to another(different)&nbsp;"MemberGroup" container.</p>
<h3>[EXAMPLE]</h3>
<p>( ] Lets assume that you have created a "Person" record in your "MemberGroup"&nbsp;container named "My-xmas-Party-GuestList-2011".&nbsp;</p>
<p>] You have&nbsp;"invited"&nbsp;a&nbsp;Person that exists in the "my-xmas-party-guests-2011" container&nbsp;and you would like to MOVE&nbsp;that completed "person" RECORD&nbsp;out of the current&nbsp;MemberGroup container and into another(different) container.&nbsp;</p>
<p>] Now lets also assume that you have a&nbsp;MemberGroup named "my-party-guests-confirmed" and that you would like the&nbsp;invited persons&nbsp;to appear in this&nbsp;MemberGroup&nbsp;container, once they have confirmed that they will be attending. )</p>
<p>&nbsp;Anytime that&nbsp;you have&nbsp;an exisiting&nbsp;Person record that exists within 1&nbsp;MemberGroup container and&nbsp;you would like to MOVE&nbsp;said&nbsp;"Person" record to another&nbsp;MemberGroup container, simply&nbsp;follow the&nbsp;steps in one of the following methods.</p>
<h3>[HOW-TO]</h3>

<li><strong>METHOD 1 -&nbsp;MOVE&nbsp;PERSON RECORD TO&nbsp;A DIFFERNT MEMBERGROUP&nbsp;CONTAINER</strong></li>

<li><strong>] Navigate to the&nbsp;edit&nbsp;Person page</strong> - for the record that you wish to change the location of ...</li>
<ol>
<li><strong>EXAMPLE=&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="http://my.sospep.com/editArticle/1234">http://my.sospep.com/editPerson/1234</a>, </strong></li>
<li><strong>WHERE "my" - </strong>is the name of your sospep</li>
<li><strong>WHERE "1234" </strong>is the&nbsp;"person ID#" of the&nbsp;"Person" that you wish to move</li>
</ol>
<li><strong>] Change the parent_id feild of the record</strong> to the "MemberGroup Id&nbsp;#"&nbsp;of the&nbsp;"Person MemberGroup" that you would like the&nbsp;"Person" to appear in.</li>
<li><strong>] Click the "Update" button</strong></li>
</ol>
<li><strong>METHOD 2 -&nbsp;MOVE&nbsp;PERSON RECORD TO&nbsp;A DIFFERENT&nbsp;MEMBERGROUP CONTAINER</strong></li>

<li><strong>] Navigate to the update&nbsp;Person&nbsp;page -</strong>&nbsp;for the record that you wish to change the location of ...</li>

<li><strong>EXAMPLE=&nbsp;&nbsp;<a href="http://my.sospep.com/editArticle/1234">http://my.sospep.com/editPerson/1234</a>, </strong></li>
<li><strong>WHERE "my" - </strong>is the name of your sospep</li>
<li><strong>WHERE "1234" -&nbsp;</strong>is the person_Id# of the&nbsp;Person that you wish to move</li>
</ol>
<li><strong>] Use the select boxes</strong> in&nbsp;the&nbsp;Select&nbsp;MemberGroup dialog box to&nbsp;choose the location of the&nbsp;MemberGroup that you&nbsp;would like to move the&nbsp;"Person" to.&nbsp;</li>
<li><strong>] Click the "Move" button</strong></li>
<li><strong>] Click the Update button.</strong></li>
