[WHAT] Feature - Taskgroup Journal - enables the user to view a listing of ONLY the tasks that have been
completed in relation to the user selected Taskgroup

[WHERE] can be accessed from the "view Taskgroups" page

[WHY] the user can choose to view only the completed tasks from a single particular taskgroup

[WHEN] you want a snapshot listing of all of the completed tasks in a single taskgroup

[HOW-TO] 
001] select viewEvents from the main menu and a listing of all of the "event calendars" for the current sospep will be displayed
002] select "view Plans in Calender" for the Calender that contains the taskgroup you wish to work with
003] select view Taskgroups in Plan for the Plan that contains the taskgroup you wish to work with.
004] select "view-Taskgroup-In-Process to view only the tasks that are currently designated as in-process for the selected taskgroup
