[WHAT]

Custom user created "data templates" can be assigned/applied to a particular data feild(ex task.description)

[WHY] to produce a consistent data entry format for a particular data feild entry,

[WHERE]

(ex data feilds = 1] Events Task Name, 2] Task Description, 3] Task Content,) [exa data templates ]daily-de-summary-record, ] me-summary record, ] prj description)

[WHEN]

Often with data feilds you are entering the same types of data, by using a df template you will ensure that you are consistently entering that data in the same format for each record

[HOW_TO.USER]

001] create a data feild template(dft) record

002] assign a df template to a data feild by ...
  1] clicking the label for the feild you wish to assign the template to and then 
  2] choosing the desired template from the displayed list of templates and pressing the select button beside that template

004] OPTIONALLY you can EDIT change the assigned data feild template by clicking the EDIT button beside the template

005] OPTIONALLY you can REMOVE or clear the assigned data feild template from the data feild by clicking the REMOVE button beside the template
