<h3>[WHAT]</h3>
<p>ViewPriority is a reporting&nbsp;feature which enables the user to view a subset of tasks within a specific ( ] <span style="text-decoration: underline;">T</span><span style="text-decoration: underline;">askG</span><span style="text-decoration: underline;">roup</span> ] Plan, ] Calendar ] "dapp" or ] sospep db)</p>
<p>The subset&nbsp;of tasks that is displayed contains only&nbsp;the task records&nbsp;that have&nbsp;been "designated" with a "specified" priority ranking.</p>
<p>ViewPriority also includes the ] feature - Statistics.Tasklist - which reports the&nbsp;cumulative&nbsp;stats for all tasks withing the displayed group.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<p>- similar in functionality to the Calendar, Plan and taskgroup features ] viewJournal/ ] viewIP / ] viewTasklist/</p>
<p>- priority is&nbsp;NOT the same as sequence, although there are similarities between the functionality of the two fields</p>
<p>In viewPriority reports for a dAPP, Calendar or plan, the selected "prioritized" tasks are grouped by CAL, Plan and taskgroup.</p>
<h3>[WHY]</h3>
<p>- to isolate the most important tasks in a larger group of tasks, so it is easier to focus or bring attention to them</p>
<p>- to isolate&nbsp;just the&nbsp;priority tasks within&nbsp;multiple taskgroups, plans,&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
<h3>[WHERE]</h3>
<p>- view Priorities for ALL calendars, db, dapp&nbsp;from the main menu, myStuff options, choose the Priorities option to view Priority items&nbsp;for all your sospep apps</p>
<p>- view Priorities for taskgroup, plan or calendar&nbsp;is available from the respective "view-eventCalendarPlanTaskgroups" page for taskgroups, "viewPlans" page for plans and the viewCalendars page for&nbsp;all priorities within the given Calendar.&nbsp;</p>
<p>- Set or Edit the specified priority values for any task record on that addTask page or the EditTask page.</p>

<p>Here is an example TGR that a user has&nbsp;created which contains a large listing of&nbsp;items with some items being more important than others.</p>

<p>Although the TGR does contain the important (&nbsp;aka priority )&nbsp;items that we are looking for/seeking, we can also isolate those items to make them a little easer to find/focus on and complete by using the PriorityView option on the TGR menu</p>

<p>view&nbsp;Priority also gives us the ability to view ALL the priority items within multiple (dapps/calendars,...) for a high level overview of all tasks that have been designated&nbsp;with a specified&nbsp;priority over a broad range of &nbsp;(CAL,plan, tgr)</p>
<p style="padding-left: 30px;"><strong>Priorities</strong> - (returns all&nbsp;items with the designated priorty, grouped by Calendar, Plan and taskgroup</p>
<h3>[HOW-TO] user</h3>
<ol>
<li><strong>SET the priority of the task record during record creation or record update</strong></li>

<li>PRIORITY 0 = is the highest/max PRIORITY&nbsp;setting, value=0 and represents,</li>
<ol>
<li>only 1 item(per tgr)&nbsp;can/should be set to 0, ?= what about multi-tasking,</li>
</ol>
<li>PRIORITY 1 = next highest setting, value=-1, and would represent the next most important items in the TGR, can contain multiple items</li>

<li>PRIORITY 5 = this is the default priority value for all tasks, value=-5,</li>
</ol>
<li><strong>EDIT/CHANGE the priority setting of any record using the update record option</strong></li>
<ol>
<li>use the priority slider to adjust the priority to the specified priority setting</li>
</ol>
<li><strong>VIEW priority _ items for TGR</strong></li>

<li>on the viewTaskgroup menu option, click on the view priority link</li>
