<h3>[WHAT]</h3>
<p>This feature enables&nbsp;you to quickly NAVIGATE from 1 record in&nbsp;your sospep&nbsp;database to&nbsp;a different record ( or set of records ).&nbsp;? The records&nbsp;do not have to have any&nbsp;relationship defined&nbsp;between them.&nbsp;?</p>
<p>Additionally you can also create links to other web sites or pages, images, documents, etc ... Pretty much any type of link you can add to a web page you can add to your records using the link feature available in the content field.</p>

<h3>[WHY]</h3>
<p>A quick way to get from one record to another record without having to browse to&nbsp;or&nbsp;search for the desired record.</p>
<h3>[WHERE]</h3>
<p>This option is currently available&nbsp;from&nbsp;the <strong>CONTENT</strong> <strong>FEILD</strong> in EACH of the S,O,S,P,E,P apps. In addtion to linking tasks to other records or resources, you can also link Subject articles, Object items, System steps, People person and Place locations to other records or web resources.</p>
<h3>[EXAMPLE]</h3>
<p>I have a task record that&nbsp;I create for each day where i summarize the days events. The days events can be spread out across many different taskgroups in different&nbsp;plans and calendars. I can quickly and easily&nbsp;reference any of those events regardless of their taskgroup/plan/calendar&nbsp;location from this&nbsp;record,&nbsp;by simply creating a link from my daily sumary record to&nbsp;any of the other event records that i wish to access.</p>

<h3>[HOW-TO] [ user]</h3>
<p>You can LINK any RECORD to any other RECORD by simply&nbsp;adding&nbsp;a "link" to the destination record in the content feild of your source record. In the example above the "daily summary" task record is the "source" record and the linked records( breakfast=, lunch=, ...)&nbsp;are the "destination" records. Follow the steps in the procedures below to guide you through ....</p>
