<p>HTML_EDITOR for Location.content feild enables the user to&nbsp;use html formatted&nbsp;text in the content feild of Location records.</p>
<p>1] the editor displays html&nbsp;formatted text&nbsp;on your Location view pages(viewLocationDetail) 2] The editor also provides the option to&nbsp;edit exisiting html&nbsp;fomatted text&nbsp;in the&nbsp;location record.</p>

<p>&nbsp;html formatted text&nbsp;looks a lot better than plain old text. AND you can include LINKS to other web&nbsp;pages and&nbsp;to&nbsp;other&nbsp;SOSPEP records, IMAGES(photos,diagrams,illustrations), TABLES and more ...</p>
<h3>[WHERE]</h3>
<p>located on the ADD location,VIEW location Detail and EDIT location pages&nbsp;in the&nbsp;Places application. The editor is also available in the other core applications.</p>
<h3>[WHEN]&nbsp;</h3>
<p>creating new record, editing an existing record OR viewing an existing record. you&nbsp;will have the option to&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>

<h3>[HOW-TO]&nbsp;</h3>
<ol>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">open your sospep database</span></li>
<li><span style="text-decoration: underline;">create a new location record</span></li>
<ol>
<li><strong>Note:</strong> that the "useHtml" checkbox is&nbsp;checked by default.</li>
<li><strong>3 options at this point,</strong></li>
<ol>
<li><strong>enter nothing</strong> into the Location.content feild and insert record,</li>
<li>OR <strong>enter plain text,</strong></li>
<li>OR if you are so inclined you can also&nbsp;<strong>enter&nbsp;"html markup"</strong> directly into the Location.Content feild&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
</ol>
<li><strong>Note:</strong> after you "Insert" the record, you will be redirected to the ViewLocationDetail page.</li>
</ol>
<li>Click the "Edit Content" link beside the Location.Content textarea.</li>
<li>Format your text with any of the <span style="text-decoration: underline;">html formatting options</span> available to you in the html_editor window.</li>
<li><strong>VERY IMPORTANT!</strong> Save the edited content by clicking the save icon in the html_editor window toolbar.</li>
