<li><strong>IF&nbsp;your using internet explorer,</strong> it will then 'pop up' a bar on the bottom of the screen that asks if you want to 'Run' or 'Save', you can choose 'Run' and the installation process will begin</li>
<li><strong>IF your using firefox</strong> I 'think' it will first pop up a box asking you to 'save' the file, click 'save',&nbsp;then when the download completes,&nbsp;you can click on the 'downloads icon'( pic of a down arrow)&nbsp;on the firefox menu(right hand side) and it will show you a list of&nbsp;the files you have downloaded, click on the file named&nbsp;'SkypeSetup.exe' to start the installation</li>
