<p><strong>[PROBLEM - hang/freeze on installation]</strong></p>
<p>- after a couple of minutes(3) of "installing", it seemed to hang/freeze, AT about 1/3 of the way on the progress bar, &nbsp;ON installing - vc++ redistributable, 14.0.24215</p>
<p>- I let it sit, I can wait this out ...</p>
<p>- PC seemed to be almost locked up, anything else was moving at a crawl</p>
<p>- after about 15 minutes, OK its time to CANCEL install?</p>
<p>- but it prompted - are you sure? so i say NO as &nbsp;installer still seems to be running/responding</p>
<p>- this seemed to unfreeze/wake up the installer and it proceeded along its merry way&nbsp;</p>
<p>- after about another minute or two, showed a successfull install dialog</p>
<p>- OK - lets see if this thing works&nbsp;</p>
