<li>the registration form should appear on your screen</li>

<li>enter a valid email address</li>

<li>this will be your sospep user identity that you use to login to your sospep, but will not be the</li>

<li>choose and enter a "sospep name"</li>
<ol>
<li>IMPORTANT - this is the name that you will use to access your sospep. this is also the name that will display on your sospep pages</li>
<li>TIPS shorter is usually sweeter</li>
</ol>
<li>choose and enter a password</li>
<ol>
<li>TIP - its always a good idea to have a strong password. see tips on creating a&nbsp;strong password</li>
</ol>
<li>confirm your password</li>
<ol>
<li>] enter your password again in this box</li>
</ol>
<li>click on the register button</li>
<ol>
<li>if successfull you should get a message on the page stating that an email has been sent to your</li>
</ol>
<li>check your email inbox</li>
<ol>
<li>you should have an email from "sospep.com"&nbsp;with the subject line of "confirm you new account"&nbsp;</li>
<li>NOTE = if its NOT there , check in your SPAM folder</li>
<li>REMEMBER&nbsp;= sometimes it does a few minutes for an email</li>
</ol>
<li>open the email and click on the link to "validate your new account"</li>
<ol>
<li>this link&nbsp;should return to sospep.com and you should get a message on the&nbsp;confirmation page telling you that &nbsp;</li>
<li>NOTE= some email programs</li>
</ol>
<li>login to&nbsp; your new sospep account using the username( your email address) and the password you created</li>
<ol>
<li>you should now see your sospep home page, CONGRATULATIONS your are ready to start creating your sospep</li>
