    1. ] while I initially named this diet experience the "DIET-no-sugar", it is VERY IMPORTANT to know that it would be more appropriately named the LOW SUGAR or LOWER SUGAR diet. As I soon DISCOVERED/LEARNED after beginning the diet - sugars, both natural and processed are in just about EVERYTHING that you eat.

HOPE-fully I can NOT only cure this rash, I can ALSO lose a good chunk of weight (> 50#) and change my eating habits into ones that are NOT only going to make my taste buds happy, but are more healthy AND perhaps most importantly are LONG TERM sustainable
