[ my Background / DIETing history = ]

  1. ] I have dieted before, typically with successful results 
  2. ] successful results for me, typically come via a STRAGEGY of = ] more exersize + ] less of what I like eat (less chips and beer)
  3. ] I am a yoyo - after ALL the hard work and self control of a successfull DIET, I have inevitably "fallen off the wagon" and gained the weight back
[ what I eat ]
  1. ] i am a meat + potatoes guy, I ALSO have an addiction to potato chips, and a growing sweet tooth
  2. ] PROS very limited alcohol consumption and I am not a big pop(soda) drinker,
  3. ] CONS i do drink way, way too much coffee 
[ my Beliefs = ]
  1. ] you are what you eat, 
  2. ] anything in moderation 
  3. ] ? too much saturated fat - clogs your arteries 
  4. ] ? too much sugar - spikes insulin production, causes your body to store fat, 
[ my  status - current - 2016-06 ]
  1. ] DIET - I am approximately + 50# from what i believe should be "my goal weight". I am obese!

  3. ] HEALTH - ] PRB = rash - skin condition, ] PRB t, ] PRB s, ]  

[ my plan = ] 

  1. ] record all food intake
  2. ] compare menu-plan consumption - actual consumption
  3. ] create a weekly summary report -
  4. ] record weekly ] scale/weight, ] rash changes, ] other
  5. ] create periodic-UPDATE reports, after 10, 30, 60, 90 days with details/analysis of RESULTS of D - H - F

[ my thoughts/concerns initial = ]

  1. ] exceptions - its summer and my summertime favorites ( cherries, blueberries, beer, BBQ (steak,)  and fish&chips and ice cream )

  1. ] carbonated lime water , sodastream
  2. ] kale chips
  3. ] hummus,
  4. ] bubba ganush
  5. ?] better o/o

[ what I am learning = ] 

  1. ] grains bad ?, no starch veg ( potato, yam, ?beans, ), beans bad ?  ( art 06-25 pototoes YES most satiating, fed a nation)
  2. ] irony = candida/ industry LIKELY just as CORRUPT as sugar industry that it promotes as the devil
