    1. ] DIET = [very good]. my only DIET cheat being a handful of blueberries and a handful of cherries. I do realize that the tomato sauce on the cabbage rolls (dinner) does have some sugar in it but it is not a lot and I also didn't eat a lot of it.

    3. ] FITNESS =  0 ?
  2. [2016-06-26] Sunday
    1. ] DIET = [good] Today was Greek festival day and a good day, although there was a little bit more cheating going on, but it was not too terrible. There was the pita bread that the gyro came wrapped in and I had three of the loukides, which are a greek version of Tim bits (but much better)
    2. ] HEALTH i-s = [bad] - 8/10 PM 23:00

  3. [2016-06-27] Monday
    1. ] DIET = [very good] Food intake was vg but it was the most difficult day, so far in regards to craving. Wasn't really craving anything specific just craving more food/something.  +++ for Holding the line and not giving in to cravings.(late dinner of 2nd cabbage roll helped)
    2. ] HEALTH i-s = [bad] – 6/10 - 18:00/30
    3. x] FITNESS =  x] walk 1
    4. x] WEIGHTS & MEASURE = [very good] ( -4.0# ) - a nice drop after only 2 days (and especially considering the greek festival) but MOST likely due to gain from previous week ( b/c of too much ice cream and then none this week), and throw in a couple of days of "healthier lighter" eating
  4. [2016-06-28] Tuesday
    1. ] DIET = [very good]  Passed on beef burritos and had beef lettuce(romaine) wraps, which tasted decent but are a little more messy eating. Snacks/Cheats = were a couple of handfulls of blueberries . Cravings = ??  No cravings today, still a bit hungry after 2 wraps but exersized a little self control. Also good exersize today with teapot 2016-005

  5. [2016-06-29] Wednesday
    1. ] DIET = [good] Lots of protein with eggs+beef, steak and 4 bean salad. Snacks/Cheats =Cheated a ?little? with salad-potato(  bites 25g), salad pasta (50g) and salad (200g) and 1 bite of ice cream.  PRB 1] seriously, ran out of gas on Teapot-Hill, maybe blood sugar levels are too low? Cravings = some 'medium craving' after dinner for sweet ( ice cream, frosty, ?? ) didnt give in - but - ?? was this after eating sweet carbs ( salads ) or ???

  6. [2016-06-30] Thursday
    1. ] DIET = [very good] Lunch was Baked fresh Sockeye Salmon steaks, Tried a funky salad(romaine+4-bean++) which wasnt bad but wasnt great either. Dinner was small crudite with Bubba + hummus Snacks/Cheats = stawberrries, sm greek yogurt. Cravings = ??

  7. [2016-07-01] Friday
    1. ] DIET = [very good] No breakfast, but  lunch was cabbage rolls(1.5) and for dinner again(.5), Snack/Cheats = sm . greek yogurt + strawberries Cravings = None.

    3. x] FITNESS = x] work contract# #-x, x] walk-1
  8. [2016-07-02] Saturday
    1. ] DIET = [very good] No breakfast(handful blueberries) before morning workout(hike) then a glorious protein orgy of leftover steak & fried eggs aftwards, dinner was salad-garden-greek and salmon. Cravings = small (PM) sweet, Snacks/Cheats-sugar = large cherries(400g), small choc (1)
    2. ] HEALTH- i-s = [good]  AM min (using ext bp) PM great until 23, med =, BM = 1
    3. x] FITNESS = teapot-2016-007 - [very good] -
  9. [2016-07-03] Sunday
    1. ] DIET = [very good] scrambled green eggs and ham for breakfast and bbq steak for dinner.  Snack/Cheats = small serving squaliflower, handful cherries Cravings = None.
    2. ] HEALTH i-s = [bad] AM very treatment top (bp), PM very, + NEW, + Dental
    3. ] FITNESS = none
  10. [2016-07-04] Monday
    1. ] DIET = [very good] light breakfast of crudite, early dinner/lunch of ham and beans in tomato sauce , dinner was small portion of ham/beans with small serving grain(25 gr). Snacks/Cheats = cherries, apple(2/3),  sm serving grains(25g) with dinner 
    2. ] HEALTH i-s = [bad] AM= , PM=,
    3. ] FITNESS =  walk [good] -
    4. ] Weight = ( - 4.5# ) [very good] -
