I just documented (thoroughly) what I tried and what WORKED for me and ALSO what didnt work. If "this information" can be of any use to you or to anyone else out there in internet land, who needs a little DIETary advice/guidance/good karma .... it is all yours ... totally FREE of CHARGE(FoC)
BUT nope there is no catch here, bottom line is
- I am NOT TRYING to sell you anything ...

I did use some of the programs from my own companies(sospep.com) web site to help me with things like ...
but everything, that I used, is also available for you to use ... again ... entirely ... FOC .
And, If you've got a better solution for performing the aforementioned tasks, by all means, feel free to use that instead.
conclusions(TLDR)
- I lost over 50# in < 6 months, and I have maintained that weight loss for > 1 year and counting.
- I cured a nasty rash and a couple of other nagging medical conditions that had been bothering me for some time.
- Today, I look better and more importantly I feel better than I have in years.
- I give a lot of the credit for these positive results to a change in my DIET to one that lowers the amount of sugar that I consume by a significant amount.
- I believe that EXERSIZE is also an important part of most any successfull DIET program, and I did exersize. What I DID NOT do was spend 5 hours a day at the gym, 5 days a week, INSTEAD I was spending a reasonable amount of time doing something physical that I enjoyed doing and I believe that was one of the key factors in the programs success
- I put together what I feel is a very simple plan, one that is easy to follow, one that has "been proven" to get "significant results".
- The best part of the plan is that I have developed an eating-strategy that not only allows me to enjoy the healthy foods that i love, but also to CHEAT a little along the way with some of my past loves that once held a stranglehold on my tastebuds. I beleive that my-eating-strategy is what makes it easier to stick to the DIET plan long term and to maintain the results I have acheived going forward.
- Its, also very important to note, that this DIET was one that was completed by an "average joe", I am NOT a gym monkey or an athlete, I am a guy who has eaten a DIET of (too much) meat and potatoes for (too) many years. A guy who is no stranger to junk foods and who still (unfortunately) NOT only loves some of them BUT still EATS some of them ( just NOT as much of them and NOT as often). My key points here are twofold
