[HOW-TO - STRATEGY outline]

  1. ] STRATEGY # - 1 - no sugar - My treatment plan to improve this condition is to eat as little sugar as possible during the next 10 days .
    1. ] When I say sugar I mean all sugars not just the teaspoon that you add to your morning cup of coffee or tea. This includes things like starchy vegetables (potatoes, sweet potatoes,? beans? ) that have high sugar content. There will be no breads, no grains( because = ...) and no added sugars .
  2. ] STRATEGY # - 2 - small steps - The initial 10 day period can be used to get an initial assessment / review of the effects of the diet and to make any changes for the next 10 day period. It is also a much easier/doable goal then trying to make a 30/90 days period as the target at the get-go. 
    1. ] RESULTS - I realize that it is going to take longer than 10 days to notice any meaningful results. Short-term goal is to see some physical change or feel some physical changes within the first 30 days.
    2. ] RESULTS - I would hope to see some noticeable effects by the 30 day mark and significant improvements by 90 days ( somewhere - it says 1 month for each month of condition )
