1. ] Kale, large bunch makes 2 batches
2. ] olive oil, 1 Ta per batch 
3. ] SEASONING - OPTIONS
4. ] salt - 1/2 Te
5. ] pepper  - 1/4 Te
6. ] cayenne - 1/8 Te
7. ] garlic powder - 1/8 Te
8. ] SEASONING - OPTIONS - IDEAS
9. ] ADD tablespoon - Apple Cider Vinegar to OO mixture
10. ] ADD tablespoon - Balsamic Vinegrette

 

] recipe.instructions

1. ] wash kale
2. ] shred kale into large bite size peice
3. ] dry kale ( salad spinner, then paper towels)
4. ] put kale into large glass mixing bowl
5. ] drizzle oil over top
6. ] add seasonings
7. ] mix kale , seasonings and oil together in the mixing bowl until kale is evenly coated
8. ] layout kale on backing sheet, loosely spaced
9. ] preheat oven to 275 degrees F
10. ] bake chips for 30 minutes,
11. ] turn off oven and leave chips inside until oven has cooled off
