*SO it hasn't really been 30 days, its been 30 days minus 7 days of vacation
have some very promising early results(-11.5#), I feel better, I look better and all this FROM essentially a couple of weeks of "better eating" and "some exersize"
TIL
1] that postive RESULTS can be wiped out pretty damn quickly by getting off track even for a short while
- I know that in the long run,
2] Unfortunately, there no significant changes(improvements) on the skin condition.
I am going to revise the treatment used .
Realistically, i do "expect" that this will take longer BUT hope springs eternal
3] sugar sugar sugar IS everywhere and
- /therefore - this is more of a "low er sugar" DIET than a "no sugar" DIET.
GOING FORWARD
DIET - this DIET-no-sugar IS REALLY a DIET-low-er-sugar
- TRY +some carbs, +some treats, regularily to MAY BE prevent vacation binge eating spree
HEALTH - TRY new TRT strategy on SC,
FITNESS - stay on track for a couple , maybe up the dosage a little bit ,
